Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa (rinsed until water turns clean)
 - 1 cup water
 - salt to taste
 
Steps
- Pour quinoa and water into inner steel pot of pressure cooker; season with salt.
 - Lock pressure cooker lid in place and set steam vent handle to Sealing.
 - Select Pressure Cook (Manual) and cook for 1 minute on High pressure. Let pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then turn steam vent handle to Venting to quick-release remaining pressure.
